There’s something incredible about a fresh start. Whether it’s a new day, a second chance, or a clean slate, it brings a sense of relief and hope. That’s exactly what Jesus offers you. On the cross, he took the weight of your sin and in exchange, gave you his righteousness.
This wasn’t something you could earn, and it wasn’t a trade you could negotiate. It was all grace – Jesus, in his perfection, covering your imperfections. Because of what he did, you are now made right with God. You’re completely forgiven and free.
Have you fully embraced what Jesus did for you? Today, spend some time reflecting on how his sacrifice has changed everything for you.
Pray: Jesus, thank you for bearing my sin and giving me your righteousness. Help me to understand the depth of this gift and live in its freedom. Amen.
